The drama on campus the last few weeks has been regarding whether the football coach, Brian Kelly, will stay at UC after leading the team in an undefeated season, or abandon us for some other school.
Tension has been high, with rallies and posters and fundraisers and people writing things on the snow-covered field. Meanwhile, I could give a fuck.
Anyway, it was revealed today that he’s going to Notre Dame, and boy-howdy, facebook exploded in angst and hate… “I’ve lost hope in football forever” “more like Lyin’ Kelly” “get out of our city!!” “you are dead to me!”
